Black Diamond Data implements a two step process for all Fixed Bid
Project. The Phase I involves producing a fee based analysis of the proposed
project detailing the deliverables and the project plan. Phase II involves
implementing the project plan developed in Phase I.

In certain circumstances, Black Diamond Data can supplement a
client's staffing needs to overcome a short term need for specific skills.
These types of projects will normally last from 3 to 9 months.
