Third Party Payment Systems (APAYcard).

The Asia 3P system provided 3rd-party processing services to bankcard accepting merchants, issuers of bank credit cards, issuers of oil and retail cards throughout China and other areas from Japan through Southeast Asia. The system is designed to accept request direct from payment terminals, direct from retail point-of-sale systems, and from e-commerce applications.
